Agreement.

By accessing RootAxis Technologies' training centers in Coimbatore or our online portal, you agree to be bound by these professional terms. These terms govern enrollment, code of conduct, and placement cycles.

• Selective Admission: Enrollment is subject to candidate filtering and background verification.
• Fee Structure: Course fees must be paid as per the agreed installment schedule before clinical training starts.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable once the course portal is activated.

All curriculum materials, including recorded sessions and production simulators, are the exclusive property of RootAxis Technologies. Students are granted access for personal learning only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing course content is a breach of agreement.

Students are expected to maintain professional standards:

• Must complete at least 85% of assignments to qualify for placement assistance.
• Zero tolerance for plagiarism in project repositories.
• Respectful communication with mentors and peers during sprint planning sessions.

RootAxis facilitates interview connections with 500+ hiring partners. While we provide 100% placement *assistance*, the final job offer depends entirely on the candidate's performance in engineering rounds. Placement support remains active for 12 months post-completion.

These terms follow Indian legal standards. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
