At RootAxis Technologies, we value the commitment of our students. This policy outlines our refund eligibility and process.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the batch start date. This allows us to manage our waitlists and cohort sizes effectively.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- Requests made within 7 days of the batch start date or after the batch has commenced.
- Students who have been terminated due to code of conduct violations.
- Access to course materials, recorded sessions, or cloud lab environments has already been provisioned.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@rootaxis.in with your enrollment details. Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Batch Transfers
Instead of a refund, students may opt for a one-time batch transfer to a future date, subject to availability and a transfer fee of 10% of the course value. This option is available if requested before the batch commencement.
