Clients may cancel projects prior to initiation. Refunds may not be applicable after project commencement or milestone delivery, except under exceptional cases approved by management.
If your refund request is approved, RootAxis Technology will initiate the refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at help@rootaxis.in.
