At RootAxis Technology, we are committed to delivering reliable IT and digital solutions. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our approach toward refunds for services and products.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If services are not provided as per the agreed scope of work.
  • If there is a clear technical issue or failure on our part that cannot be rectified within a reasonable time frame.
  • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated:

  • Customized software development
  • Domain registration, cloud, or hosting services
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • UI/UX consulting and design services already provided
4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects prior to initiation. Refunds may not be applicable after project commencement or milestone delivery, except under exceptional cases approved by management.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, RootAxis Technology will initiate the refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at help@rootaxis.in.
